Who are we?
Carro means vehicle, we are a vehicle showroom management system. Carro has been several years in planning and development by our founders who have been building car showroom systems in the UK since 2001, originally with a product called e-GoodManners that was used by all VWG dealers and most Toyota and Lexus dealers for many years before it was taken over by Manheim (Cox Automotive).
Taking all those years knowledge of building showroom systems, we have built from the ground up a custom solution not just for car retails, but for all vehicle types.
Our custom vehicle and customer templates using the latest technology advances allow you to not only customise the software to your needs, but allows you to have the best experience from people who have been building showroom systems for over 24 years. Which types of dealers do we support?
Carro has been developed using a unique vehicle template structure for its data storage. We can add data fields to any customer record or vehicle record through our admin interface to customise the vehicle attributes to any vehicle type.
We have created templates for all the main vehicle types, but should you want extra data fields adding or a vehicle types creating that we don't currently have a template setup for, we can do that within minutes without any code changes to our application. We currently have the system setup for the following vehicle types (new and used), independent dealer or franchise dealer.

If you are a sales person, it will allow you to record customer details, enquiry vehicle details, trade in details, create quotes and order forms for your records. You will also have a full diary system and a tasks system that allows you to stay organised, manage your day and keep in close contact with all of your customers. If you are a sales manager, amongst other tools, Carro will provide you with reporting data on how your sales team are doing, how many customers they have contacted, how many test drives they have booked and taken, how many deliveries have arrived and most importantly how many sales have been made. Carro allows you to set your team targets and monitor their performance against those targets, helping you to manage your dealership more effectively and profitably.
Carro is the next generation of sales tools. We produce Sales Lead Management software for vehicle dealers; organising sales staff, giving managers access to reporting tools, and allowing manufacturers to see what’s happening in their network. Carro is web-based so it will run on any computer / tablet and a mobile device, allowing the software to fit into your dealership using the hardware you already have. We also have a dedicated Support Team ready to assist you with any queries and an expert Technical Team who look after all the servers and back ups so you don’t have to. As well as providing a system, our experienced automotive consultants also help you get the most of the system with regular reviews and checks to make sure you are getting the most out of the system. We offer our customers full telephone and email support and we can even customise our product to fit around how you want to run you dealership.
In the past we have found that giving software away for free doesn't persuade the team to get involved and use it properly if its just a trial, so have decided to charge for the first month, but should you decide that the software does not fit your business within the first 30 days, we will offer you a full refund.
We run a 1 month notice period with no lock in, unlike some of our competitors that make you sign up for 1 or 2 year contracts in advance. We believe that if you use the software and it helps you run your business, you will continue to use the service. We are constantly expanding the software so you will never be left behind as technology changes.
Yes absolutley, we offer 2 ways to view the system. The first is to request a demo link that walks you through a presentation of the system that you can watch whenever you are free to do so, and we also expand that short presentation into larger ones should you what to know more. The second way is an online conference call with one of our representatives where you can walk through the system and ask questions about features and how we can fit in with you and your business.
